Teesside University’s Business School hosted the Digital Marketing Futures conference, a place to acquire genuine insight on digital marketing best practice and gain a clear understanding of future developments in a range of digital marketing areas. The School required an identity that would set the event apart from similar events.
In an online world of rapidly changing algorithms, digital marketing is a forever changing phenomenon and small changes in the digital space can have far-reaching effects.
This theme of change and the often abstract nature of the digital world formed the basis of the cloud concept where different areas or disciplines converge, intermingle and unite to create something new.
This idea was brought to life using footage of coloured inks suspended in water, creating ever-changing, multi-coloured clouds, illustrating the often nebulous nature of a digital world in a state of constant flux.
